Rus vatandaşlarına Bulgaristan vizesi

Im from Rusia, but now i live in Istanbul and i have ikamet. How can I get a visa to Bolagria.

If you have residence permit in Turkey you are able to apply for Bulgarian visa. The procedure  and requested documents are the same with Turkish citizens, but processe  can take a litle bit more time, approximately 15 days. It is up to Bulgarian Consulate.
